Delivery

Zzipit Pty Ltd aims to have all orders dispatched within 7-10 business days from processing. If Zzipit Pty Ltd cannot dispatch your order within this period we will notify you of a general date of availability. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with this Zzipit Pty Ltd undertakes to refund your money.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Zzipit Pty Ltd is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to products caused by any event once the products have been dispatched.

Returns / Cancellations

Zzipit Pty Ltd will exchange or refund any incorrect or faulty product if notified within 7 days and the said product is returned in the original packaging and undamaged. All purchases must be returned to PO Box 4258, LOGANHOLME DC QLD 4129 AUSTRALIA. The buyer will receive a credit within 5 business days of our receiving the returned order. Zzipit Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject a return if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.

Cancelling an Order

An order can be changed or cancelled at any time prior to processing. You can cancel your order by e-mailing sales@zzipit.com. You can also cancel your order by contacting us directly on              1300 99 47 48 (Australia Only). If you have submitted an order in error or changed your mind after the order is in the shipping process we accept returns (see details above).
